MEETHI SEVIYAN



Preparation of MEETHI SEVIYAN: 


 Ingredients:

  •   Seviyan(Vermicelli) - 3/4 Cup
  •   Milk - 1 Litre
  •  Sugar - 1/2 Cup
  •   Ghee - 1 tbsp
  •   Sliced cashew nuts and almonds - 3 tbsp
  •   Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  •   Raisins - 1 tbsp


Method:

  •  Melt ghee in a frying pan.
  •  Fry seviyan over medium heat till golden brown.
  •  Mix milk, cardamom powder, sliced cashew nuts and raisins with it.
  •  Now boil it.
  •  Simmer over low heat till the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
  •  Add sugar and stir properly.
  •  Place it into the refrigerator.
  •  Garnish seviyan with sliced almonds.
