SANDESH RECIPE



Preparation of SANDESH:


 Ingredients:

  •   Chenna - 100 gms
  •   Milk - 2 tbsp
  •   Powdered Sugar - 4 tsp
  •   Rose/Kewra Essence - Few drops
  •   Silver Foil
Method:
  •  Blend all ingredients in a pan gently.
  •  Cook on low flame, stirring continuously till the mixture becomes not too dry and not too soft.
  •  Put off the flame and arrange the mixture on a plate. Cool it.Now cut it into pieces.
  •  Decorate with silver foil.
  •  Sandesh is ready.
Tip:
  • You can use different color,extract and essence to make different varieties of sandesh like mango, strawberry, chocolate,kesar,vanilla and ice cream.
