Preparation of PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM:
An easy ice cream recipe that includes a little peppermint candy flavor.
Ingredients:
- Whipping cream - 2 Cups
- Sgar - ½ Cup
- Vanilla - ½ teaspoon
- Peppermint extract - ½ teaspoon
- Red food coloring
- Crushed peppermint sticks - 3 Tablespoons
Method:
- Combine ingredients together and pour into ice cream machine.
- Freeze for two-three hours.
- Scoop in individual bowls.
- Serve chilled.
