Preparation of COCONUT ICE-CREAM:
Ingredients:
- Cream of Coconut - 1 can
- Milk - 1 cup
- sweetened, flaked Coconut (optional) - 1-1/2 cups
- Heavy Cream - 1-1/2 cups
Method:
- Combine the cream of coconut and the milk in the container of a food processor or a blender.
- Mix it thoroughly and stir in cream and flaked coconut.
- Then,pour into the container of an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Serve it chill.
- If you don't have a ice cream maker then ,
- Mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in the beaten cream and mix well.
- Freeze this mixture for three hours.
- Remove from the freezer and beat again till smooth.
- Return to the freezer until well frozen.
