COCONUT ICE-CREAM



Preparation of COCONUT ICE-CREAM:


 Ingredients:

  •  Cream of Coconut - 1 can
  •  Milk - 1 cup
  •  sweetened, flaked Coconut (optional) - 1-1/2 cups
  •  Heavy Cream - 1-1/2 cups

Method: 

  • Combine the cream of coconut and the milk in the container of a food processor or a blender.
  • Mix it thoroughly and stir in cream and flaked coconut.
  • Then,pour into the container of an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Serve it chill.
OR
  • If you  don't have a ice cream maker then ,
  • Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  • Fold in the beaten cream and mix well.
  • Freeze this mixture for three hours. 
  • Remove from the freezer and beat again till smooth. 
  • Return to the freezer until well frozen.
