Preparation of MANGO ICE CREAM:
Ingredients:
- Alphonso mangoes, peeled and chopped - 3-4
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 2 cups
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Method:
- Puree the mangoes with sugar.
- Place the condensed milk, milk, lemon juice and pureed mangoes in a large bowl and whisk well.
- Pour the mixture in a shallow container.
- Cover and freeze till firm Remove and blend the mixture in a blender till smooth.
- Transfer into the shallow container.
- Cover and freeze till firm.
- Scoop and serve
