MANGO ICE CREAM



Preparation of MANGO ICE CREAM:


Ingredients:

  • Alphonso mangoes, peeled and chopped - 3-4
  • Sugar - 3 tablespoons
  • Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon


Method:

  • Puree the mangoes with sugar.
  • Place the condensed milk, milk, lemon juice and pureed mangoes in a large bowl and whisk well.
  • Pour the mixture in a shallow container. 
  • Cover and freeze till firm Remove and blend the mixture in a blender till smooth. 
  • Transfer into the shallow container. 
  • Cover and freeze till firm. 
  • Scoop and serve
