Preparation of DIWALI ICE CREAM:
Ingredients:
- Leftover Diwali sweets like barfis/katlis/rolls etc
- Reduced fat milk - 1 cup
- Heavy Cream - 3 cups
Method:
- Crush all the Diwali sweets by hand.
- Mix cream, milk and crushed sweets with a fork.
- Pour in the frozen bowl of ice cream maker.
- Let it churn for about 30 minutes.
- A yummy Diwali Ice cream is ready to serve.
