DIWALI ICE CREAM



Preparation of DIWALI ICE CREAM:


 Ingredients:

  •  Leftover Diwali sweets like barfis/katlis/rolls etc
  •  Reduced fat milk - 1 cup
  •  Heavy Cream  - 3 cups

Method:
  •  Crush all the Diwali sweets by hand.
  •  Mix cream, milk and crushed sweets with a fork.
  •  Pour in the frozen bowl of  ice cream maker.
  •  Let it churn for about 30 minutes.
  •  A yummy Diwali Ice cream is ready to serve.
